I've had a small pile of 120 film sitting in a bag, tucked away in a box of old photographic equipment and cameras for close to 30 years. In those years I have lived in San Francisco, the middle of nowhere Kansas, now in San Diego... a total of 5 moves from apartment to apartment to house. From time to time I would end up going through the box it was in and think... I should take this in a have it developed. It's 2026, nearly 30 years later, and I can scratch it off the list.

Coats, KS – This roll was actually labeled "Ice Tree." I remember shooting this one morning after freezing rain and snowing during the night. Light was coming through the solitary tree like diamonds. Kinda cliche but not much happens there.

Valley of Fire State Park, Las Vegas, NV – I took me a long time.to figure out where this roll was taken. Friends who are on the roll lived in Denver and I thought maybe this was Red Rocks. Maybe it is, not entirely sure. But we did meet up with them in Las Vegas once and went to Valley of Fire. 1997 maybe?

Tijuana, Baja California, MX – Two rolls were just a random visit to Tijuana with some friends. Nothing special. Probably why it was never developed in the first place. There's some shots of friends from long ago not shown here.
